1 week until my trip to NY. I am stressed. I am not over eating but am having wine in the evening to relax. Tons and tons of positives about this trip. I just hate to be away from the hubby and my dogs. I will settle down once I get there. FIL called today for my assistance with MIL. She was having some chest pains (he was late again with her meds) and he asked me to drive over. I calmed her down, the meds kicked in, I gave her tea, and sat with her a while. He is a man of few words but sincerely thanked me and let me know that I have a special way with her and she asks for me when she is under stress. THAT is why I am doing this trip with them. #alzheimersawareness

Stress is a killer. Probably why i don't lose! If i drink, my face plants into a pile of food. Hang in there, love the new name! I'm gonna make some of those paw ornaments for my vet
