So - here is a restart -have some motivation as my sisters and family are all trying to lose 20 lbs each.
I have not been down that low. 155# - that would be a size 10-12. New wardrobe, maybe my knees will feel better. Have to start walking, or using the elliptical again. Have it free here at work. Just need the motivation and the shoes.
What is sad is that I will not be able to eat fruit. I will have to limit my berries - and my sugar!!! Of course I know once I am off of sugar, I will no longer crave it. So here's to restarting my Belly Fat Cure, to take off a minimum of 10# by the time the sisters visit and to watch my starches.
