Thank you MrsRobo. I should have been there already, but I've been working on how to maintain. I know I need to increase my calorie intake, but how much is still a bit of a mystery. I think around 1650 to 1700 calories is the magic number. Also been looking into an exercise routine. I may decide to go down further, as I still have a bit of a beer gut. Hopefully exercise will take care of it.

I know what you mean, it’s definitely a process figuring out what works best. I keep telling my husband I feel like I’m doing a science project on myself! LOL When I get to my first goal weight, I’ve decided that I really have to join a gym or get a home weight machine or something to tighten everything up. I look deflated. 😩
