I tried eating or drinking numerous things prior to wo, but I get the same results, my wo strength is reduced every time. I do way better running on empty, and eat immediately afterwards.

This is post work out, I dont like much before besides some kind of caffeine etc. Although I love eggs more, this is 250cal of egg whites cooked in coconut oil...

looks great and I definitely could chow down on at least 1/2 of that! Breakfast is always a hearty meal lately for me too. It helps fuel my day.
