Chris hun, some of us naturally suck it in without thinking about it lol. Not sure if she is or not though. Personally I always hold my tummy in unless I’m laying down and sometimes even then. My trainer says that’s good because my tummy is in better shape because of it and it’ll be easier to get the abs all nice 👍. Long was from that though. I just feel better when I hold those muscles tight and I don’t even realize I’m doing it 😉. (I know you were joking but I want to put this out there as some do view it as cheating)

Sharon, my wife and I did a program together in 2014. She lost 123 lbs and has kept it off. I lost 53lbs and for the most part have kept it off. I fluctuate 10-15 lbs.
