I have heard flax is good for you I have not tried those.

Yup. I use ground golden flaxmeal also. Look up "minute muffins" you can add meat cheese, or I add cinnamon and sf syrup as a dessert/breakfast item..

I love flax! I use it when ever I can. Anytime I bake with almond flour, I sub a lill Golden flax for it. I’ve tried the lavash bread but never this kind. Is it better?

I've never tried lavash. It looks close to the same ingredients etc. Sams carries these and you get 20 for like $5. I'd rather have one of these than a regular tortilla or whatever.
