Begin today with Keto coffee, 1 egg, 2 bacon = 283 cals. 77/6/17 macros net carbs 1.58
Lunch: bacon wrapped chicken breast with spinach.(From dietdoctor.com) Cinnamon coconut fat bomb.
Supper: spinach bacon frittata, mixed peppers with onion.
Snack: Keto coffee.
I'll see how that works out!
Spent nearly two hours weeding flower bed and garden. Garden needs a lot more. Chickens are wandering around yard and garden this evening. I hope they are eating lots of bugs. For some reason Cat likes to keep me company when I work in the garden; I suppose she hopes I'll stir up grasshoppers or something else she likes to chase. Usually she is lying right where I need to step next.
