Ha - I don't even think I ate 4 pounds of food yesterday - how is that possible? I'm pretty sure it's just water, and an excess of carbs yesterday which helped with retaining it.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
