Today, my thighs are really sore from exercising. I think what is making them sore is the elliptical workout (which is only 10 minutes long) and the zone pilates workout DVD. I am contemplating taking a break from exercising tomorrow to give my muscles a break to heal. But I also want to push through it and keep working out. I'm just not sure if I am over doing it or not. I guess I will wait till tomorrow to see how I feel then. Other than that, I have been doing pretty well with my diet..Opps I mean my life style change. :)

My legs are sore today too! I did some major cleaning around my house today and I was doing a lot of stepping up on a ladder. I am only walking 15 minutes tomorrow morning. I worry if I skip a day it will lead to skipping the next day and just keep skipping. But on the other hand, if I get really sore I will start skipping as well. I know how my mind works!

I would just take a walk or something.. Something will be better then nothing. I know how u feel abt the legs but it will get much easier

Well, my thighs are feeling better this morning. But I didn't wake up and exercise this morning like I have for the past three days. And I have to say that I am feeling guilty that I didn't. I am tossing around the idea that I may walk on the treadmill after I get home from work tonight though. Hopefully it will get get easier like you said.
But yeah that house work will get you every time. Yeah, I am a little worried too that skipping a day may lead to skipping more days. So that is why I am considering just walking on the treadmill today and not doing the elliptical.
