Goals for the day 3Ps: 1) be Present at whatever task is happening at the time, 2) be Posative in every situation, and 3) make Progress towards a long term goal.

Off to run. Will try to achieve all three Ps in first hour of the day to set the tone. Happy Monday to all. 🏃
