With the start of field hockey practices, I am hoping that my weight will continue to drop. I have to eat healthier for practices or else I don't have enough energy. Anyone have any tips for high protein, simple breakfasts?
155.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week
