Darn those dang noodles and sandwich cravings in the middle of the night!! But on a brighter note..to wake up and see only a pound gained...hmm..that means I must be doing something on this weight loss journey right!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
