I'm proud of myself. I went to Sam's Club and walked out without chips, candy, cookies, pastries. I bought eggs, mushrooms, coleslaw mix to stir fry, dill pickles and diet coke.

Good job! 👏 I try to go when I’m full so that I don’t buy junk. If I’m hungry I tend to buy a lot more food and 1/4 of that is junk. BUT when I get home I put it in the kids stash that I’m not allowed to touch (I have my own stash of protein bars and the like that they can’t touch).

Very good!! Did you eat something before you shopped? That's what helps me to keep out of the bakery and cookie aisles. :)
