Just writing down my thoughts...This summer I went home to help my parents on the ranch (I graduated from college in may). I’ve been here since July. Promised my boyfriend I would visit him this weekend (he lives 5 hours away...I plan on moving in with him once I get a job there). Anyways, I didn’t go. Promised him I would come visit him on September 1st...now I’m debating whether I want to go then. I know I absolutely have to be there on his birthday September 15...but deep down I’m terrified to go out for his birthday...I’m ashamed of how I look, and I’m scared of the extra calories from going out to eat/drinking alcohol. Saw a picture on my moms phone that she took of me while I was painting her patio furniture and I was absolutely horrified at how I looked. For the first time ever, I’m embarrassed for my boyfriend to see me...I’ve been dating him for three years.::

Do you love him? Would you still love him if he gained weight? Of course. :) And he'll feel the same about you, your weight won't matter.
If anything, tell him you're currently feeling concious about your body, so you'll want to wear a t-shirt if there's any sexy time. It's more fun if you feel comfortable. He'll get it.
