SUPER easy! 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup plain yogurt drizzled with 2 tsp honey, whole banana, 1/4 tbsp slivered almonds, and about a tbsp of sweetened coconut. Delicious, sweet (I have a sweet tooth), has crunch and nice texture. You can always health it up a bit with unsweetened coconut. Next I need to make some banana nice cream with cinnamon. I love banana too!

Rosie, you could easily leave it out and it'll still be delicious! You could try a bit of ice cream inst ad of yogurt, too!
