If you decrease your activity level you HAVE TO decrease your calorie intake...or else you gain weight

Yay 😁 we both increased our calorie intake today 😏👌🏼 😋 as long as we are active and we don’t go overboard we are gonna gain muscle 💪🏼

I now have a exercise program. I've lost so much weight ( 140 lbs) my skin is literly hanging off my body. So I am trying to work on stomach, arms, hips. I have to start doing something, I don't think my Medicare, and Oregon Health Plan. So going to talk to Dr. If there's some Dr. Will help. Nattybun

And this is when exercise play a grand part, it helps the skin, it won’t do miracles but it will help with the jiggle of the skin

Natty lift weights, squats, dumbbells 💪🏼 u won’t look mainly it’s 10 x harder for women than men to gain muscle

This is common sense I wasn’t overlooking the fact that calories matter. I simply meant that it wasn’t the TYPE of food I’ve been eating
