I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day yesterday.

I went home and visited mine as well as my two sisters and their kids. All in all I would say it was a good visit. Although I am really dragging today as I feel like I have had no time to recharge my batteries for the week.

Been kinda lax on the veggies, so I need to make sure I get some in this evening. I slept too late this morning and didn't fix any to bring w/me for my lunch. I know, I know...I need to prepare better.

It is my intention that when I get home that I do some form of exercise. Whether it be walking outdoors w/my neighbor, or doing a walking video inside.

Goals for Today:

1. 20 NC
2. 3 servings of veggies
3. 12 glasses of water
4. 30 minutes of activity

Weigh-in is tomorrow. Aiming for that 2lb loss. I figure that if I lose 2lbs a week. I can be at my goal in 10 months. So that is my aim. I was kinda bad yesterday so hoping that tomorrow will be kind to me.

Great goals for the day. I have one really big goal, 160 oz water!! As a result I am not going to venture to far from a resroom at any point today!! lol

I really like that idea. Sometimes when we set a monthly or other timely goal it feels like its too far away to make a huge impact daily. I think a daily one would be so much easier to accomplish. Good luck on the weigh in. I will cross my fingers that you get good numbers.

I've had about 48 oz so far today, but I have also had about 16 oz of coffee. The water drinking will definately pick up once I get off my rear and get outside and start working. But the temp is only 54 degrees, it is windy, and cloudy, and getting ready to rain, so not sure that will be anytime soon. Looks like an inside spring cleaning kind of day!!

I am just drinking my second 20 oz bottle of water. Good luck on your weigh in. I think I weigh in tomorrow too.
