Not dieting. Not exercising. But I'm losing weight. Hmmmmm..........a worm perhaps. No. I am eating a pancake on a stick every morning for breakfast and having Panera for lunch. A cup of creamy broccoli soup, or french onion. Yum. With a baguette. Sometimes a salad. Asiam Sesame or Strawberry Poppyseed. Only a half salad. Not that hungry anymore. But I'm still enjoying that baguette. Dinner is whatever I want. Usually not too much. Not that I am restricting myself, I'm just not that hungry. Maybe it's the snack I have when I get off work. Dunno. Just know it's working. When I get down to 199 I will start doing my P90X. Maybe I'll have more energy. I am so tired lately. I fall asleep in my chair. I force myself to keep going. Oh well. 18 lbs lost Not too shabby. 13 more and I'm finally back to a 1.
