I don’t know, I been eating good and lifting dumbbells 💪🏼 so I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️
115.8 lb Lost so far: 84.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be gaining lean muscle weight. This means that 100 lbs, may no longer be a reasonable weight.

I feel comfortable at 120 lbs but I don’t want to eat more than 2000 calories a day

I’m thinking it’s xause I don’t take into account my activity level, I dance to toodler songs and chase my kids around at least 3-4 days a week and I chase my kids at work so I guess that’s why I’m losing weight

I am also walking around my neighborhood, 2-3 days a week with my toddler #bondingtime
