Good morning, fs, and tgif!

Well, it seems the more uptight i get about really tamping down the snacking, the more i am snacking compulsively. Hmmmm, something to think about there... Going to try again today to keep calories low. At least i am keeping up with IF, which helps.

Workouts have been good, but today i have double t25 and my back is sore. But i think it is that my muscles are sore in a good way (i am hoisting 5# after all!). I have "upper focus" and cardio. Yesterday i did cize for the first time in a great while. It is weird, it doesn't get much easier!

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great day, and on to the weekend. ☺

Hi there, Jen - I am the same way about trying to stop eating snacks - I found that just saying I can have one a day for 5 days a week worked pretty well for me - I knew I could have one so I wasn't like a junkie looking for a fix - I think having that in my challenge also helped to make me think about having to put that I failed down in writing - next week I am taking off all food restrictions to see if the last 6 weeks are imprinted on me - but I am definitely keeping the exercise, IF and hydrating mini-challenges - good luck with those cravings - and awesome job exercising!!!!
