Tough day. Tired and very hungry. Just managed to stick to eating just 2x/day but i found it hard for the first time, but did well. It seems to help me to start cooking - peeling veggies, etc. I made green beans and mushrooms sauteed in oil with a little soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds. Also roasted beets, sweet potaties and leeks. Will eat these in coming days.

I find it difficult to cook and care about eating right when I'm tired. I've been diligent about getting to bed early, or forcing myself to sleep in if I don't, to make sure I get at least 7 hours in. Or else I'll just grab whatever is easiest and that normally means a sandwich or something else I'd really rather not have. Kudos on doing the veggie routing. Better than me!
