I feel like a complete and utter failure. I tried so hard to use restraint over my birthday and with the potluck and party and it didn't do any good. I didn't even know it was humanly possible to gain 8 pounds in 2 weeks, but shows what I know. Too bad it IS impossible to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I just wish I wasn't such a fatty. And I'm so jealous of people who actually like to exercise instead of feeling like they're being tortured. Looks like I'm going to have to "torture" (i.e., exercise) myself 3 times a week and be sore every day of my life.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

just try walking with a friend a few days a week. Its a good way to catch up and after awhile its not so bad.
