So.... I got back on the horse today. Coffee latte for breakfast. Shower! A luxury sometimes. Housework, adulty stuff around the house til lunch. Lunch: 2 apples and a cup of Greek yogurt. Politely refused a cranberry cookie from my mom, who stopped over for a minute. Now, it’s overcast and I’m not sure if we’re going to the beach or what. Tomorrow is payday so I’m ready with my lists. Groceries for a week tomorrow. Im not bringing home treats or sweets of any variety. I don’t need the temptation. Salad and chicken, apples and veggies. That’s gonna be my life. I have decided that I participated in normal and healthy cultural eating over birthday week, including campfire marshmallows. But, I’m saying goodbye to birthday week now, and being the conscientious eater and exercising adult I have grown to be. Going to get a workout in before the beach, got some abs and back to do today, and then I’ll run tonight. Cauliflower with butter for dinner, and tuna.
