Day 1 of The Bulletproof Diet. I’ll filter coffee with MCT and butter was surprisingly good. Had black rooibos for the rest of the day instead of my usual instant coffee. Been awake since 4:30am and eating now (15:30) for the first time today. Must admit I am hungrier than usual. Might have some popcorn later before bed.
