2700? makan apa aja itu? saya juga mau naikkin BB. Tapi kayaknya harus pelan-pelan naikin kalori hariannya, soalnya perut gak tahan begah..

kak @agnii, konsumsi karbo&kalori yg tinggi sebaiknya diiringi olah raga beban supaya jadi otot drpd naik bb nya krn jadi lemak.

Hati hati naikin BB boleh tp makan berlebih (gula, lemak) efeknya jelek buat tubuh. Just opinion

jumlah fatnya sih udh oke 100gr, tgl carbo dan proteinnya di bikin balance msg2 @225gr. jadi dapet tuh total 2,700 kalori/day. ini angka gk fix ya, silahkan modifikasi sambil jalan.
