I'm stuck at 188.4 any suggestions?

If I need a little boost to rev up my metabolism , I drink organic matcha green tea.. I get the powder add to smoothie or whatever because it is kind of nasty tasting to me to drink with just water.. Move alot. no sittling around.

Try OMAD and just do one big dinner or lunch and then nothing til the next day. It may shake things up and will clear the GI tract so you can see where you are really at.

Add a little exercise. Before I eat anything I clean something -- wipe down the kitchen counters, do a load of laundry, walk around the block. It motivates something inside me or something I guess! It helps me drop a little.

If you practice IF, a 24-48hr liquid fast will break the stall. I was stuck at 181.4 for over a week and had to fast.

I agree with the other comments. just don't let the stall discourage you. I used to give up when I stalled out, ate myself sick, then had to ask myself "how's that workin' for you"? stay strong, you're in charge.
