Lifting Day 100+ carbs planned
Just checking in. Can't weight because when you're travelling you can't find a scale where you can take off 'all your clothes' (the @CrashTestDawnie method of using a scale at WalMart breaks down on this one tiny detail :))
Yesterday I bought some protein powder at Whole Foods, then had to go to a regular store to get Splenda (Whole Foods has only Stevia, I bought it and it made my protein shake taste worse not better), Anyway I was able to drink protein powder all day like I normally do. For my OMAD I had a $65! steak. It was good, but, come on! $65! Really?? Bellevue in Washington is just insanely expensive...
Today is a lifting day in the hotel gym so I get to 'go crazy'. Going into Seattle to finally visit the space needle. I am sure we will find the carbs I need today...
