Life of a milk addict. When I was little, my mother called me Dairy Queen. I switched to skim and now I enjoy my 5 cups in the morning guilt free

I've never been much of a milk drinker - I hated it as a child.

I love, love, love cold milk. I grew up on 2% and hubs and I used to go through a gallon every couple of days; but now that we're on Keto, I only drink it once in great while because of the sugars.

Try Fairlife ! Much more protein and less carbs also tastes better imo

Yas! So much carbs in milk. But, I’m really big on carbs- certain ones. Veggies fruit and milk carbs are staples for me.

I've noticed everytime I drink milk, I end up with secretions. It's not a myth, as some sites would have you believe. For this reason, I gave up milk. It can't be good for ME if it affects me that way. Too bad, I love the stuff!

Try Calorie Countdown milk... 3 carbs per cup & 70 calories. I find it at Walmart, we made ice cream with it & it was great. Now my 16 yr. old g'daughter is requesting it instead of regular milk. Yes, milk does create mucous according to our Doctor.

When I do milk, it is almond, flax or hemp milk depending on my need at the moment. The all have only 1g carb per 8oz. Almond tastes the best, flax for regularity, hemp has a natural calming effect.

I love milk, I also drink calorie countdown 2% it doesn't have too much sugar but it taste better than skim 😋😋🥛

I am a huge fan of milk as well. My new gift (thanks Pancreas) has me watching the carbs so I started using the Fairlife brand of milk - just 6 carbs per cup and great protein. I use the non-fat but they all taste like regular milk to me.

Aye Blue Diamonds Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk is the best, no sugar and little calories, you should give it a try

Calorie countdown, hey? I’ll have to look into that! Half my caloric intake is milk some days, and then the rest is fruit 🤷🏻‍♀️ unless it’s birthday week, then it’s just a steady diet of cake. -and chocolate donuts once the cake is gone.

Loved milk as a child. Seldom drink it now, but do use half in half in my morning tea.

I credit milk to my success. It’s my staple, my everyday breakfast. 2-300 calories and 30+ grams of protein.
