I guess I didn’t work my arms, back, and abs as hard as I though yesterday. They’re not sore. My butt is sore for sure though! 👍😆
164.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All good. The whole soreness indicates progress thing is BS. I only get DOMS when coming back from a long lay off.

Soreness does not mean you had a good workout

In fact not feeling sore is better, means your muscles 💪🏼 are now used to working out

You are probably just a lot stronger and now it won't hurt like it did - that is a great thing!

Good to know! I’m going to gather what’s left of my energy and go to the gym tonight. I’m surprised my butt is sore since I stand and squat and left all day. Actually I use to. Now I just stand. I’m burning a lot less calories since my promotion :/
