Got tired of logging food daily so I stopped using the site. Continued lifting, got injured outside of the gym, stopped lifting due to the injury, got chubby, back at it.

Have a full home gym now and am eating Keto. Cancun in December, guts gotta go.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
