Uhg. Gained again. Tragic... It might be because i switched to a much more intencive excercice rather than my 30 min walks, but still. Eventhough im not particularly in a hurry, i start to see the pattern i had when i was 16, where i ate healthy and excerciced every day and i lost a little bit, then put it back up, then gained a bit more. I really hope this isnt the case though, it cant be... :/

if you are maintaining your calorie level to what you have chosen for weight loss, adding exercise should not be causing you to gain weight. retaining water some days sure. If you track your food carefully and don't change your calories, you can not help but lose fat and eventually gain muscle. and yes muscle weighs more than fat. If you eat whatever you want within reason but don't track you could be increasing your calories accidently

Perhaps youre right, my new excercices are much more intense in other areas of the bod that before i wasnt training. In terms of diet... Im a bit of an OCD lol, i follow what i write 100%. I cant eat anything more than what i already have preprepared as my daily intake the day before and if i happen to go out i always write it down to the letter (hence OCD). XD

** a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. Just as a pound of feathers. weighs the same as a pound of muscle. Period. 1 pound = 1 pound. However, the VOLUME of 1 pound of muscle is different than the volume of 1 pound of fat. (Just needed to make that clarification because that erroneous thinking is a pet peeve of mine.)

I REAAALLY hope that is muscle. I really want to make my arms a bit bigger (theyre kinda lanky lol)
