tahoebrun's Journal, 13 August 2018

Good afternoon everyone. I had a great mini vacation here at home with the local car show going on. Lots of eating out and working my plan to make sure that I stayed on track. I did have to pass on some awesome funnel cake - but it all smelled awesome. My lesson learned for the last week is that I have really reduced my evening carbs (last meal of the day) and I am seeing near normal BGL at bed time and when waking. I am going to keep working on this experiment to see if I can get my insulin dose reduced a little more. We are just such amazing machines. I hope that everyone had a great weekend and had a chance to enjoy their lives. This is a participant sport and I don't want to be a spectator in my own life.

You, sir, are an applied scientist! I hope you are keeping notes to prepare directions for others to try; I'm glad it is all falling into place for you. And great work not being seduced by the Fair food smells!
