I've been enjoying the summer too much. Eating whatever. Clothes are tight. Feeling chubby. Actually surprised I'm only up 4 pounds. It feels like more. Turning it around today. Start with recording food and exercise in fat secret again. I need to pay attention and be aware.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
