Neighbor's snowbird friend who is regular houseguest was set to return to az on friday, but her flight got cancelled, so she is here until tomorrow. Oy. They want pizza, and are insistent we must go to some famous and amazing longtime neighborhood joint we have never been to.

It threw me into a quandary, but i decided i have had pizza before, and i don't need to get super bent out of shape about it. I broke fast a little early (19 hours) and went ahead and had the meal i have wanted since yesterday. It was good!

I will do the best i can at dinner.

Lol it isn't famous, it is just a neighborhood place on the east side. This neighbor prides himself on knowing THE place for this or that.

So far for me, if I lift weights 'really hard' on high carb days I don't pay a price. That is "so far..." things could change in the future...
