Ok, so I ate a lot more than I was supposed to yesterday. It was a hungry day. I went over my RDI, but didn't eat anything that's not on the atkins approved list. So I probably slowed myself down, but didn't derail. I can live with that.

Don't beat yourself up over it, Lavinnia (waht a beautiful name). You still didn't run off the cliff, right? Just try to get back on track and do better today. If you stayed under your carb allowance, you shouldn't have done too much damage. Have a great weekend!!
