Vegan reuben kinda thing

Well.... Theres a lot of fat in there. I started off pan browning slices of vegan roast. Then I had this jar of pickled whole banana peppers from my dad, so I sliced the stem off and cut them in half then threw those in the pan to brown. Then I toasted the rye bread with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Then I layered Chao mozzarella type cheese in with everything, squished it together, and flipped it in the pan for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Served with pickles. I basically substituted the banana pepers for the sauerkraut. But it was freaking good 👍
