Gain weight, lose weight, back to gaining weight. When will I get back to eating like I used to. All these carbs are doing is putting the weight back on. Next week I’m buckling down. Going to limit my carbs to 75g’s a day for a couple of weeks and then start weening myself down to 20 and then it’s full on Keto diet again. Had my 4th f’ing surgery for a Fistula last month so now that I know it isn’t food related I am getting back on the wagon. I’m sick of looking like a hippo. Seriously I have to buy larger dress shirts because my fat @ss belly won’t let my buttons close. I’m fed up with myself looking and feeling like this. Have a screwed up knee that needs surgery but can’t have until next year so any kind of running/walking exercise is out of the question for now. I am looking to lose 75 lbs....... HELP
