Diet sucks. It's a mess. Demae Ramen is good, but way too many carbs.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also, having a major binge-fest on chips is no good. I'm going to the store to pick up some vegetables, mainly turnip greens or mustard greens, also brussels sprouts or chopped spinach or broccoli. I have some ham here for protein, but the slices are salty. Better wash the ham slices off before eating to get rid of some of the salt.
