Woke at 218.0, up 0.2 from yesterday. UPDATE: Ate the tuna and salad shown for lunch plus three bottles of tea. Walked 3.1 miles. Came in the door at 221.0! I am not moving enough water or waste! I can't take Lasix tomorrow as I am going boating with my friend Andy and I don't need that added urinary urgency! I will try to flush things out on Saturday and Sunday and I might even fast.

Based on your last picture, the three teas were snapples. I'm not trying to be mean if that's how it's taken, but snapples have a lot of sugar, and that probably helped you with the three pounds
