Just got home from a wild week in Niagara Falls (Canada)! Ate everything, had a blast. We went to a 7 course gourmet pop-up restaurant with wine pairing on Saturday! Awesome. Favourite breakfast was on Sunday, toasted panini rolls with Gorgonzola and Chevre cheese with fruit. Could eat that everyday (but won't!) Got right back to "normal" eating on Tuesday, hoping to get back on track in a week or so. So worth it!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 70.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
