I have not done so well on Weight Watchers, my own fault,, it's a great diet, but I strayed too much. So, I started on the South Beach diet tuesday, 3 days ago and I am very happy with the results. I have tried this before and could not get thru the first 2 weeks, but I am going to do it this time or die trying. So,,as of this morning I have lost a total of 9.2 lbs. I am very close to the first 10 lb. loss. I will do it this time, I want to fit into all my summer clothes.
