I started on Monday. I have been feeling out of sorts. I cant really explain it. I had a salad and a steak for dinner. Then the ricotta dessert in the book. Actually tasted good.

The first week or so you may its your body getting use to the diet and change of food. I had terrible headaches the first 3-4 days but it passed and I felt better then ever

Try freezing the ricotta for about 10 minutes...it is almost like ice cream (kinda, sort-of, not really but we can pretend). You'll feel better before you know it.
