SO lets be real about the situation!! I really have been bullsh##ting eating and not exercising!! So today I got on the scale and realized that I have gained 6 lbs from my lowest, i can tell in my theighs and my stomach!! My goal this morning is to have a snack and nothing else. i am throwing out the candy and giving up sugar for the day! 1500 cals and two times a day working out. Taking it one day at a time.
