I am really doing well right now! I only gained .5 pounds over a 9-day vacation--in the past I would gain 2-4 pounds on vacation--and I have already conquered that plus more. I have lost 7 pounds in the past 4 weeks, and I have only missed 1 scheduled workout in my 90-day workout Challenge. I am getting stronger and working out harder than I ever thought possible. It is interesting how my competitive nature kicks in when working out with a group. Out loud I am encouraging others, but in my head I am telling myself "C'mon, you can't let that girl beat you! Go faster, work harder, don't quit first!" I feel really good!
