Well, have gained 9 lbs since March and almost back up to my normal weight! Have started gentle running and a bit of hiking, since I’ve now got some calories on me. This app has really helped me stay on track. Now to tweak the nutrition a bit: less sugar and refined carbs. Little to no caffeine to see what my “natural energy and appetite cravings might be...I find coffee/caffeine messes with both—sends me on a carb fest. More protein and healthy fats and veggies/whole foods. (Eating lean protein and primarily veggies does NOT work to GAIN weight...)
