has been a bad girl 🙈
I've only exercised a little less...
I've endulged in lush treats yes but still ate a clean healthy diet most of the time and other than the odd haven't evening having gone massively over my rdi...
In hindsight my measurements aren't up cloths still fit lovely with a bit of slack too so I'm not going to worry too much. I shall however be going back to the stricter diet because the bottom line is I felt better and more energetic and was really getting a sense of achievement watching the scales alter and it would only be a matter of time before my cloths tighten so back on it from today. No excuses.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Give it a few days it's probably water retention that will settle a bit 👍 x

What is water retention? I've been drinking upto 3 litres a day...

Starting to realise it goes up, comes back down goes back up again sod it. As long as I keep maintaining a healthy diet and work hard to keel fit sod what the scales say.
