This workout I did today was very tough! But I'm happy that I stuck through it and completed all five circuits!
Tonight, heading to the track to work on my running, the plan is an easy 60 minute run.
It sounds like a lot, but I hope it goes by quick! Maybe I'll catch a runners' high and be invincible. lol This is my first attempt at something like this in awhile.
