Today my husband & I started training for a 11 bike mile ride in October, in Cades Cove in the Smokey Mountains. Determined to do this, but boy I’m I tired.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
