Fishingwidow's Journal, 03 August 2018

Bummer of a day yesterday😭. Reading some of today's journal entries, many o f you have accomplished much. I, in the other hand over indulged. We went to texas roadhouse last night. And yesterday i was hungry all day. So I had 2 of their warm buns with cinnamon butter, a cold draft beer in a frosted mug. Dinner was bbq chicken with rice. Every thing was 😋 yummy! But the scale was unkind this a.m. 2 pounds gained. So hopefully was water weight i gained. And no falling off the wagon anytime soon.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
