Thankful:
Long weekend
Gonna stack some wood! I like when exercise and house stuff co-mingle.
It might rain - I love the rain!
Got roast beef for dinner - yum!
I brought my sugar down from a 99 to 90! :-)
Gastro doc was really happy with my progress.
Not irritated at anyone/thing right now....Happy!

I am obessed with Au Jus. I love gravy and dunking, I guess! LOL I felt my list was not personal, nor long enough. I added the sugar and doc stuff after an edit. Now it is just weird. LOL

Not irritated at anyone/thing... thats amazing. been a while since I could say that, especially being irritated with myself. Enjoy your happy day, hope you get that rain!

There is a "feel good" sort of soreness one feels when we do work around the house - huh! I like the way hard domestic chores make me tired in a good way. We seem to use parts of our bodies that not even aerobic & anerobic exercise use.
